In this role you will be the personal branding expert for our clients.

You'll conduct LinkedIn-specific sessions with our clients, help them position themselves according to what they want to be known for, help them rewrite their about section and craft a compelling resume aligned with the roles they are targeting.

Who am I?

I am a tech executive, entrepreneur (with exit), investor (in over 80 companies), public speaker, and Forbes contributor. I created LEAP out of a need to reinvent myself and help others who have reached an impasse in their lives. I have helped almost 100 professionals across 3 continents transition their careers and enabled them to become the BEST VERSIONS OF THEMSELVES!

Description

You will be working with top level executives  (Directors, VPs, C-levels) to help them:

​

  • Get clear on the direction they want to go

  • Identify their core strengths

  • Explore the barriers keeping them from moving forward

  • Develop their personal brand

  • Develop their career story (aka elevator pitch)

  • Practice communicating their brand and story with confidence

​

You will be virtually meeting with clients one-on-one  and in group coaching sessions, and providing support via email if needed.

Key skills and qualifications

  • You are an A+ Player that is fun to work with

  • English fluency and knowledge of grammar is a must.

  • Experience in HR and/or 2+ years writing resumes and as a LinkedIn expert

  • Comfortable in leading a group discussion or training.

  • Basic understanding of the tech industry jargon and names of roles and their responsibility

  • You must have a LinkedIn profile and be open to learn & teach what works and what doesn't work on LinkedIn.

  • You must have a reliable phone, internet access and can easily navigate Zoom, Excel etc.

  • You are passionate about helping others.

  • You must be a positive person.

  • You must like people and can easily talk to anyone.

  • You must be coachable and resourceful with ideas and solutions.

  • You must be confidential, respect privacy, and have the highest integrity.

IMPORTANT

This is a lucrative, part-time position with opportunities for growth.  Includes conducting 1-1s and group presentations (among other activities), providing top-notch client service and support to drive results and client  satisfaction.
