Who am I?

I am a tech executive, entrepreneur (with exit), investor (in over 80 companies), public speaker, and Forbes contributor. I created LEAP out of a need to reinvent myself and help others who have reached an impasse in their lives. I have helped almost 100 professionals across 3 continents transition their careers and enabled them to become the BEST VERSIONS OF THEMSELVES!

Description

You will be working with top level executives  (Directors, VPs, C-levels) to help them:

​

  • Get clear on the direction they want to go

  • Identify their core strengths

  • Explore the barriers keeping them from moving forward

  • Develop their personal brand

  • Develop their career story (aka elevator pitch)

  • Boost their confidence

  • Provide them with tools and resources to land their next role or start their own business

​

You will be virtually meeting with clients one-on-one  and in group coaching sessions, and providing support via email if needed.

 Previous experience coaching executives, leadership, or career seekers IS A MUST.

  • You must be passionate about preparation, teamwork, and communication.

  • You must be a positive person.

  • You must be loyal.

  • You must be likable and authentic.

  • You must be awesome, confident and be ready to show up BIG!

  • You must like people and can easily talk to anyone.

  • You must have a LinkedIn profile and be open to learn & teach what works and what doesn't work on LinkedIn.

  • You have a reliable phone, internet access and can easily navigate Zoom, Excel etc.

  • You must be detail-oriented and methodical by nature but also able to think outside the box.

  • Be ready to be open and honest with yourself about what is working and not working, and be willing to change and evolve.

  • You must be coachable and resourceful with ideas and solutions.

  • You must be confidential, respect privacy, and have the highest integrity.

  • You must be looking for a LONG TERM fit.

IMPORTANT

This is a lucrative, part-time position which includes conducting 1-1s and group coaching (among other activities), providing top-notch client service and support to drive results and client  satisfaction.

 

This position is initially paid per hour.  There is a HUGE potential for bonuses and growth with the possibility for you to do all of this while having the life of your dreams and freedom you always wanted!!
